I wrote this yesterday... felt like I should share it. Give everybody a better view of me.

                                    “ Thoughts of Her “

You see her and think,” Wow, I want to know her.” You can tell just by looking at her radiant face that knowing her would be worth any pain that may come.

The vibrant personality behind her blues eyes, ‘devil may care’ coming from her perfectly shaped soft lips. As you get to know her, she captures your heart, taking away all your practical senses. It she were in pain or in any type of pain, you would drop all you were doing and go to her.

You crave to have her body next to yours at night, arms in gentle loving embrace. The smell of her hair lingers in your senses as you fall into peaceful sleep. You wake in the night hearing her call your name saying she loves you and your heart fills with warmth, knowing her true feelings.

As the alarm clock goes off in the morning, she rolls over to face you, and even with morning bed-head she is beautiful. You kiss her soft lips and relish the feel of the two of you entangled in loving embrace before the day starts.

She is groggy and doesn’t want to get up.. neither do you. Looking into her face you remember the pain she’s been through in the past and the recent stress she is going through. You wish you could take it all away, but you know you cannot. Wishing her to have a good day you give her a good start.

You go down to her belly button, blowing raspberries, soaking in her wondrous laughter as she squirms. You shock her by sneaking a taste of her sweet, glorious essence.  You watch this amazing woman climb out of bed. As you dress for the day together, you sneak kisses and hugs.

As you watch this angel, you think to yourself, “ I hope I never lose this woman, for, besides my children, she is my bright shining star.
